Where do we store and send your data?

All of our servers and databases are hosted in Germany, which is within the EU and EEA. We also may store data within the United Kingdom. We may store the data we collect from you outside the UK, or transfer it to organisations outside the UK.

Hyra Customers

If you're a customer of Hyra, which means you registered for our website by signing up at https://app.hyra.io or used a service such as a Hyra Discord Bot these terms apply to you.

Hyra collects information about you when you sign up for an account with us. We use this data so that we can provide our services to you. In certain circumstances, we may also continue to process your information as outlined below if you close your account.

The information we hold about you

When you use our services:

  • Personal details such as your email address and date of birth if you've provided it

  • Information you give us through emails and in-app forms

  • Answers you give to surveys about Hyra and our services

  • Details about how you use our services

When you use our website or contact us on social media (i.e. Discord):

  • Your social media handle or user ID

  • Your interactions with our website or social media channels

  • Direct messages you send to our team or our social media pages

When you contact us:

  • The phone number you're calling from and information you give us during the call (we record all calls)

  • The email address you use and the contents of your email and any attachments

  • Public details from your social media profile (like Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) if you reach out to us via these platforms, and the contents of your messages or posts to us

  • Details of the device that you are contacting us from

We collect some information about your device:

  • Operating System, so that we can analyse problems and fix any issues

  • IP address and device IDs

  • Device information (screen size, Browser Version)

Roblox Users in Tracked Games

Hyra's Tracking is installed in various games across the platform. We collect usage data, such as when you play these games, and for how long. This information is used to improve these games.

You can opt out of tracking in Roblox games by contacting us.

Non-Hyra Customers

We may collect information from Non-Hyra customers. This may be if you use our website or contact us.

We may collect information about you when:

  • You use our website or you interact with our social media pages

  • You contact Hyra

The information we may collect:

  • Your contact details such as email address, phone number and address

  • Your name

  • Your cookie and tracking preferences

  • Interactions you've had with Hyra

How long do we keep your information?

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to fulfil a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

Who do we share your information with?

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyse web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behaviour.

Unless otherwise specified, Hyra processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. Hyra isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.
